State the application boundary
This guide concerns ordinary buyer evaluation of a portable fridge, not qualification for medicines or other regulated cold-chain duties. A temperature setting or digital display does not by itself establish that every item remains within an acceptable range. Specialized payloads require their own qualified system and validation process.
Record more than the setpoint
For a permitted general-use sample, note ambient conditions, loading pattern, starting state and door openings. If independent temperature measurements are needed, use an appropriate instrument and documented method without modifying the appliance. Explain what was measured and where; a reading at one location is not a complete map of the compartment.
Turn observations into honest sales language
Keep the exact sample configuration and conditions with the result. Do not publish an unsupported “medical grade” or universal food-safety assurance. Follow the manufacturer’s cleaning and handling instructions, and refer payload-specific requirements to the responsible professional rather than improvising advice.
