Website & trade terms
Clear terms before a wholesale commitment.
Website-use, quotation and contracting terms for B2B buyers reviewing the China Camera Export catalog.
Business-to-business use
This website is intended for importers, distributors, wholesale networks and qualified retail organizations. It is not a consumer storefront and does not create a retail offer or direct manufacturer relationship.
Catalog and manufacturer references
Catalog information is prepared from manufacturer materials and trade review. Images, specifications, availability, regional versions, accessories and product names may change. Manufacturer links are provided for reference; trademarks remain the property of their respective owners, and no authorization or affiliation is implied unless stated in a signed quotation.
Quotation and order formation
- Website content and RFQ worksheets are invitations to discuss, not binding offers.
- Price, currency, quantity, MOQ, condition, warranty route, Incoterm, payment, lead time and quote validity apply only when written in the formal quotation.
- An order is accepted only after buyer and route review, written commercial agreement and any required payment or security conditions.
- Inventory is not reserved until the written order-release conditions are satisfied.
Destination and third-party services
The buyer remains responsible for local import licensing, taxes, duties, product registration, labeling and lawful resale unless the written contract assigns a specific obligation differently. Carriers, banks, insurers, inspection companies and other third parties operate under their own terms.
Contract-specific terms
Governing law, dispute resolution, liability limits, inspection, acceptance and remedies are set in the applicable signed contract or confirmed order documents. If website text conflicts with those documents, the signed transaction documents control.
