Information you choose to provide

The website does not automatically transmit the current RFQ worksheet. You decide whether to send the completed text by email or WhatsApp. If you contact us, we may receive your company name, work email, phone or WhatsApp number, requested products, destination, quantity, timing and other information included in your message.

Why we use inquiry information

• To review product availability, destination eligibility and commercial feasibility.
• To prepare and follow up on quotations, samples, orders and shipment documentation.
• To verify buyer identity, purchasing authority, intended use, payment path and trade compliance where required.
• To maintain business records, prevent fraud and meet legal or regulatory obligations.

Service providers and international transfer

Email, messaging, hosting, banking, logistics, insurance, professional-adviser and compliance providers may process relevant information only where needed for the inquiry or transaction. Because our business operates through Shanghai and Hong Kong and serves overseas buyers, information may be processed in more than one jurisdiction.

Retention and security

We retain inquiry and transaction information only as long as reasonably required for quotation follow-up, contractual records, dispute handling and legal compliance. No internet transmission is completely secure; do not send passwords, payment-card data or unnecessary identity documents through the public RFQ worksheet.

Your request

To request access, correction or deletion of inquiry information, contact luofengs@outlook.com. A deletion request may be limited where records must be retained for contracts, tax, customs, fraud prevention or other legal obligations.
