A product appearing in the catalog does not mean it is available or eligible for every destination. Before commitment, we review the exact buyer, payer, destination, consignee, product configuration, quantity, intended use, banking route, logistics route and carrier acceptance.

Buyer and transaction information

• Importer or distributor capability and intended sales channel.
• End user and intended use where the product, market or transaction requires it.
• Consistency among buyer, payer, consignee, destination and shipping instructions.
• Usable and documented banking, insurance and logistics routes.

Restricted or unacceptable transactions

We may decline, suspend or cancel an inquiry where required information is incomplete, inconsistent or unverifiable; where a party, destination, use or route presents an unacceptable legal or compliance risk; or where a bank, insurer, carrier or professional adviser cannot support the transaction. We do not assist with concealment, false declarations, unauthorized diversion or circumvention of applicable controls.

Battery and portable-power logistics

• Confirm the exact cell or battery configuration and rated energy.
• Review available safety data, test summaries and transport documents.
• Match packaging, labeling, state-of-charge and handling requirements to the selected route.
• Obtain carrier acceptance before treating a route or departure date as confirmed.
