01 / SOURCE SIGNALS

What the manufacturer announced

  • As of this brief’s publication on 20 September, the advertised Birmingham event is upcoming, not completed. EcoFlow lists stand G28 in Hall 20 at the NEC.
  • The event page presents an installed home-energy ecosystem including OCEAN 2 series references. That scope is different from choosing a portable station for its own outlets.
  • Event materials do not establish that our catalog supplies these installed-system configurations, nor do they replace a destination-specific design and approval process.
02 / BUYER CHECKLIST

What an importer should verify

  • Identify the installer or system designer responsible for the project before requesting component prices. Give that person the site requirements and intended region.
  • Ask which hardware, installation, commissioning and support services are included. Keep an exhibition product name separate from a verified orderable regional package.
  • Request the current technical documentation and support route from the appropriate regional team. Do not translate another market’s home-system architecture into a local installation by assumption.
03 / TRADE PERSPECTIVE

How we translate the signal into an RFQ

For an importer accustomed to portable products, installed energy systems introduce a different ownership boundary. A useful enquiry identifies who designs, who supplies, who commissions and who supports the final system. This preview is intended to improve those questions; it is not installation advice, event attendance reporting or a claim of an EcoFlow partnership.
