What an importer should verify

• Require a numbered bill of materials: host, each battery, cables and any adapter. Ask which item supplies each connection lead so nothing falls between separate cartons.
• Keep the requested component codes and the offered codes in separate columns until the supplier confirms the match. An approximate family name is not enough for order release.
• Ask a competent operator to verify the approved sample combination under official instructions. Record recognition of connected components and keep the result with the purchase order.
