What the manufacturer announced
- EcoFlow announced WAVE 3 and GLACIER Classic in April 2025 as additions to its outdoor-appliance range. This is historical context, not a September 2026 launch.
- The two product families address different needs: portable climate control and refrigerated storage. They should not be evaluated using the same runtime or space assumptions.
- A manufacturer lifestyle example is not evidence that a particular tent, vehicle or payload will achieve the buyer’s required result.
What an importer should verify
- For WAVE 3, collect the intended space, ambient conditions, power source and ducting arrangement. Confirm the supplied accessories against the official setup instructions.
- For GLACIER Classic, request the exact capacity variant and assess the buyer’s actual containers and loading routine. Do not infer compartment functions from a different size.
- Quote optional batteries and charging components separately, and document storage, cleaning and support responsibilities before stocking a seasonal assortment.
How we translate the signal into an RFQ
The range can serve travel and outdoor channels, but purchasing should follow a use-case survey rather than a campaign photograph. Buyers comparing destinations with different seasons should plan sample evaluation and replenishment around their own customer demand. We do not claim medical cold-chain suitability or guaranteed cooling performance for unspecified spaces.
