What the manufacturer announced
- UGREEN announced a strategic battery-cell partnership with ATL in May 2026.
- The company also described its participation in the development of China’s GB 47372-2026 power-bank safety technical specification.
- UGREEN’s stated five-part safety system covers MES traceability, automated manufacturing, serial identification, cell testing and monitoring or alert mechanisms.
What an importer should verify
- Match every test report and declaration to the exact model, battery cell, rated capacity and production configuration being quoted.
- Check destination labeling, importer responsibilities and local conformity requirements independently of the manufacturer announcement.
- Obtain the transport file and carrier acceptance before dispatch: UN38.3 evidence, SDS/MSDS, watt-hour data, packaging and shipment mode as applicable.
How we translate the signal into an RFQ
Safety communication strengthens category confidence, but it does not replace shipment-level due diligence. Our battery RFQs remain conditional on model-specific evidence, buyer and end-use review, and a carrier-approved route.
