A capacity total is not a bill of materials

An expanded system may require more than a station and a battery carton. Draw the intended connection chain and number every component. Start with the exact host model rather than treating all DELTA 3 variants as equivalent. Have the supplier check the current manufacturer instructions for that particular combination and quantity.

Treat adapters as orderable components

An expansion example is useful only when its required hardware is included. Ask whether the proposed number of batteries needs an additional adapter, which cables are supplied with each box, and whether a firmware condition applies. Never assume that a compatibility statement for one battery configuration covers another arrangement.

Check one assembled sample before a large allocation

Within official instructions, have a competent operator confirm that the intended units are recognized and that the display represents the connected system correctly. Document model labels and the approved wiring layout without opening any enclosure. If a component is missing, stop acceptance of the bundle until the bill of materials is corrected.
