A buyer’s observation plan for battery-powered cooling that keeps mode, temperature and comfort requirements explicit.
Define useful operation before measuring hours
The buyer may need a short cooling session before sleep or sustained comfort during a work period. Those are different requirements. Write down the intended mode and acceptable conditions. A runtime headline without its operating assumptions should not become a distributor’s unconditional promise to customers.
Keep the setup comparable
Confirm the exact WAVE model and compatible battery, then follow the official setup instructions. Record starting charge, temperature settings, ambient conditions and the physical space. If comparing two sessions, note differences in sun exposure, occupancy and openings. Otherwise, changes in the environment may be mistaken for changes in battery performance.
Plan the next charge as well as the first session
The kit must support the buyer’s repeated routine. Ask where recharging will occur, how much time is available and which charging hardware is included. Document an approved storage and charging handover for the battery rather than borrowing a procedure from a different EcoFlow product.
