DELTA Pro 3 extra battery: resolve EFD521-EB before releasing an order
A practical identification workflow for a customer-supplied battery code that differs from the reference shown in the European store.

Keep both identifiers visible
A customer may request EFD521-EB while the EU reference used in our catalog lists EFDELTAPRO3EB. Do not erase the original request or treat the two strings as verified synonyms. Put them in separate fields and ask for manufacturer or supplier documentation linking the specific unit to the required battery.
Identify the host and connection
An extra battery is an expansion component, not a standalone 230 V power station. Record the host model, regional version, connection cable and proposed quantity of batteries. A similar connector or family name is insufficient evidence of compatibility. Ask the supplier to identify the exact official compatibility statement for the proposed combination.
Approve evidence before commercial substitution
Use label and packaging photographs, a dated bill of materials and the relevant manual revision to approve the offered item. If the evidence remains ambiguous, leave the quotation conditional rather than converting an uncertain match into a purchase commitment.
- Capture both the requested and offered codes.
- Specify whether the connection cable is included.
- Keep compatibility and warranty approval attached to the order.
Common buyer questions
Frequently asked questions.
Can a supplier simply rename the battery on the invoice?+
An invoice description does not establish technical identity. Resolve the physical model label and compatibility evidence first, then make the commercial documents consistent with that verified item.
