Magnetic wireless charging: check the phone, case and input adapter together
Plan MagFlow charging orders around supported devices and the complete power path rather than a magnetic fit alone.

Magnetic attachment is not a charging guarantee
Specify the exact phone, case and other devices intended for the charging station. A device attaching magnetically does not establish its supported wireless power level. Compare the current manufacturer compatibility guidance with the actual combination, and avoid promising the headline 25W figure to every phone.
Account for the input side
Confirm the power adapter and cable needed by the selected station and whether they are included in the ordered package. A two-in-one or three-in-one name describes the product arrangement, not a complete guarantee that all required equipment is in the box. Test the intended simultaneous charging setup using the approved input components.
- Check alignment with the case fitted.
- Identify each supported device position separately.
- Keep ventilation and manufacturer placement guidance available.
Make customer instructions specific
Provide the official setup reference with the exact model rather than a generic wireless-charging leaflet. If a customer reports slow charging, collect phone, case, adapter and usage details before deciding that the stand is faulty. Do not publish a universal charging-time claim based on one sample or on an unrelated phone.

Does MagSafe-compatible mean every Apple device charges at the maximum rate?+
No. Confirm the supported device and conditions for the exact charger; magnetic compatibility and charging performance are separate checks.
