EcoFlow cross-region purchasing: ask who actually handles the warranty
Separate a regional manufacturer policy from an exporter’s contractual support promise before selecting the lowest quote.

Identify the sales and service territories
A product sourced from one regional store does not automatically carry the same service arrangements in another market. Record the offered regional SKU, destination and seller. Ask for the applicable manufacturer policy and written confirmation of any support promised by the supplier. Do not describe the catalog as an authorized-dealer certificate.
Compare the cost of a real support case
Clarify who performs initial diagnosis, where an approved return goes, which party pays the relevant costs and how replacement timing is handled. A nominal warranty period does not answer those operational questions. For battery products, return logistics may be a significant part of the commercial risk.
Make the customer-facing promise consistent
The importer’s retail description should not promise more than its documented support route can deliver. Keep supplier terms with the order and have qualified advisers review contractual or destination-specific obligations where needed. This guide is a purchasing checklist, not legal advice or a summary of every country’s warranty law.
- Keep manufacturer and seller commitments separate.
- Confirm proof-of-purchase requirements.
- Record exclusions and escalation contacts in writing.
