Ordering EcoFlow DELTA 3 for Europe: check the label, not just the series name
Build a verifiable EFDELTA3-EU quotation using the unit label, socket photograph and box contents, without confusing DELTA 3 with DELTA 3 Plus.

Separate a family name from an orderable unit
DELTA 3 appears on a series page that also discusses other configurations. Our priority reference is EFDELTA3-EU. A supplier response saying only “DELTA 3 series” leaves the order unresolved. Copy the requested model into the purchase order and require the supplier to confirm the actual box code; do not silently accept a Plus substitution.
Make the electrical version visible
Request a legible nameplate photograph and a front view of the actual outlet panel. Record the destination, requested 230 V output and required European socket standard separately. An EU web link or a travel adapter is not evidence that a delivered unit has the required electrical configuration. Match the charging lead to the destination as well.
Close the sample-to-bulk gap
Assign the approved sample a reference number and keep its photographs beside the quotation. Ask whether the bulk lot uses the same regional code and accessory list. If the supplier proposes a revision, review it before shipment rather than accepting a different version at receiving.
- Retain model and serial references in the receiving record.
- List included cables as line items, not “standard accessories”.
- Request written warranty territory and the party handling returns.

Does an EU listing establish stock?+
No. The source establishes a manufacturer reference, not our inventory. Confirm quantity, lead time, actual regional labels and quotation validity for the proposed lot.
